Diversity Dip (Diversity 101)
This training offers an overview of
understandings of diversity, how diversity impacts
organizations and participants. Participants discover
experientially their own explicit and implicit views on
diversity and it's impact. We will also discuss
practical tools to inquire into diversity.
Time required: 4 hours

Generations at work 101
Participants will explore their views on
other generations as well their own. They will learn
about other generations and discover differences as well
as commonalities. They will also learn a tool that helps
them to inquire into their own reasoning about other
generations as well as to uncover reasoning of members
of other generations.
Time required: 4 hours
