Exploring generational differences and turning
them into assets
“Generations at work” is a hot topic for
businesses and non profit organizations.
Learning about the different generations and
their way of thinking helps to understand the
differences to a degree. This article offers an
additional tool that looks at generational
difference in an interactive exchange between
individuals. It benefits leaders and employees
in understanding their own way of thinking in
relation to the other generation and inquiring
into the other generation. It offers three steps
