For most of us, this difference in behavior will  lead us to react.  The cause?  Neuroscientists tell us it runs deeper than socially learned behavior and moral failing.  It taps into our biological programs. But we don’t have to react automatically.  We have a choice in how we react to differences. Being aware that there is biological preprogramming frees us to focus on our choice.
