Throughout my life I've been interested in how others (and I) are different. Growing up in Europe, I had a lot of opportunity to experience other cultures and way of thinking. Throughout my career I integrated the interest for variety and it led me to an international marketing position at Microsoft. I worked with people from around the world, all levels in an organization and different educational backgrounds. I gained experience in bringing differences together to achieve a goal. It often required the participants to shift their minds and change their stories. My studies about human and organizational behavior provide me with theoretical background to these life experiences.

My strengths are holding different viewpoints and balancing structure and intuition. I am passionate about challenging, learning and achieving. I strive to live in integrity and to act with my head, heart and gut in line.

With my work I want to contribute to the creation of an inclusive world community that leads a sustainable and purposeful life.

Having lived in Germany, Italy and England, I currently reside in the Pacific Northwest of the USA enjoying the outdoors, music and urban culture. I love traveling (for business or pleasure), reading, volunteering, hiking and climbing as well as ongoing learning.
